1. Service Overview
Welcome to Still There? (“the App”). This User Agreement (“Agreement”) describes the terms under which you may use the App, developed and operated by Método Sintoniza(“we”, “us”). By registering, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms.
The App’s core function is a daily check-in mechanism. If you miss scheduled check-ins, the system may send alert notifications to your configured emergency contact email(s).
2. Services Provided
A. Check-In Management
You must perform check-ins per the App’s rules. The system logs your status and tracks cycles.
B. Emergency Notifications
When your check-ins are missed according to your settings, we may send an email notification to your emergency contact(s). The specific criteria and frequency of notifications are determined by us and may be adjusted over time.
The App is a free, non-commercial tool. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at our discretion without compensation.
3. Your Rights and Obligations
User Rights:
- Add emergency contact email(s)
- Request deletion of your account and related data (which will be permanently removed)
User Obligations:
- Ensure the accuracy and validity of your personal and emergency contact information
- Do not send false or test notifications or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- Safeguard your account and data; we are not liable for issues arising from your negligence
4. Our Rights and Responsibilities
Our Rights:
- Review and reject invalid or non-compliant account information
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate terms
- Collect, store, and use data as necessary and permitted by law
Our Responsibilities:
- We provide the App “as is” and do not guarantee continuous operation or accuracy of notification timing
- We are not liable for direct or indirect losses except as required by law
5. Agreement Updates and Termination
We may revise this Agreement at any time and will notify you through the App or other official means. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
Accounts may be terminated if inactive for extended periods or if terms are violated.
6. Intellectual Property & Disclaimer
The App and its content are owned by us. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or data issues arising from use of the App.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved per applicable laws in the jurisdiction of Metodo Sintoniza with competent courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
